Doreen Fukushima, M.D. was born and raised in Hawaii and is a graduate of the University of Hawaii John A. Burns School of Medicine. She also completed her residency at the University of Hawaii Psychiatry Residency Program. She has worked in several states and has experience in community mental health, inpatient psychiatric units, emergency psychiatry, and consult-liaison psychiatry. In addition to working in Hawaii, she also works as a Qualified Medical Evaluator for the California Division of Workers’ Compensation Medical Unit.
